Schedule a Session
Thank you for your interest in scheduling a session. It is truly my honor to work with you and your animal(s). Please fill out the form below and hit “send”. Your availability will be matched with potential openings in my schedule. These options will be emailed to you within 24 hours after you have submitted your request. Once you have selected the time slot you desire, please reply to the email with your chosen date/time. You will then be given a link to pay for the session. Payment MUST be received before your chosen time slot will be reserved. Once payment is complete you will receive a confirmation email with your scheduled date/time and details regarding your upcoming session.
Reschedule/Cancelation Policy:
Cancel/ Reschedule your Session:
Cancel/Reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance by emailing info@edenzook.com and put “cancelation” or “reschedule” in the subject line to receive a refund of your service (if canceling) minus a $10 cancelation fee.
No Show and Missed Sessions:
Clients who miss appointments and/or are greater than 10 minutes late will forfeit their appointments and will not receive a refund. Exceptions may be granted on a case by case basis for extenuating circumstances. To inquire please email info@edenzook.com and put “missed session” in the subject line.
